Accused for hippa on a shared computer ?

i am being investigated for a hippa violation that happened a year ago. My company said that a computer i was logged into accssed a patients profile, there are 25-35 employees that also work there and as busy as this place is, we all use every computer( all computers are shared workstations) im being fearfull for being fired, if i did would unemployment compensate me
