Does anyone know a Fourth of July dessert recipe that includes sliced pound cake?

I think my mom got the recipe from a magazine many years ago. It had sliced pound cake, layered with some kind of cream cheese (maybe whip cream also?) custardy filling and then topped with cool whip, I think, and the berries to make it look like a flag. It was sooooo delicious but I have not been able to find a recipe!
