How to spend 21st birthday (while pregnant)?

I'm 19 weeks pregnant (4 months). Today is my birthday, it's 7pm. So far a few friends came over, my mom, sister & I bought a small cake. I want to do a bit more before the day's over, but there's not a lot I can do. Any ideas?
