When someone else volunteers my horse for someone to ride I tell them first you have to go to an attorney and have a release written up, signed and notarized relieving me from any responsibility when they get hurt, I do not say if they get hurt, but when. Then I tell the person who volunteered my horse if you wish to loan a horse go buy one.
