Does anyone know of a place that does same day cake orders?

my hubby and i are planning a party for close family and friends to find out the sex of our baby... we are going to have the ultra sound tech write it down and put it in a closed envolope so we can take it to a baker and they can make the filling pink or blue... anyone know of a place for same day order and pick up?....
