My birthday is tomorrow and i dont know if i want to have a birthday cake because i already had a blow meal this week. For dinner im going to have a big steak and asparagus and sweet potatoes and i dont mind if i eat all that because its a healthy binge but cake is just bad for you. What do you think and im not really on a diet just becoming more healthier and eating only when im hungry and really hoping to lose ten pounds though
