You should have a straight line from your horses bit to your hands without making a tight rein , there shouldn't be a loop or he'll be able to run of and put his head down ect, you have the control if it's a straight line. And I say go for it! If you want to go to stonar then why not ! I'm sure you'll be able to control your self not to just be interested in the horses. It's your life and you make the most of it!
