Can you use betty crocker for tiered cake?

ok i wanna make a 2 tier cake that decorated in pink and zebra. can i use betty crocker cake mix to build the cake and can i use BC frosting instead of fondant? will that frosting on the bottom tier hold up the weight of the top tier??? ALSO ...SUPER IMPORTANT...CAN I USE SUGAR SHEETS ZEBRA PRINT ON BETTY CROCKER ISCING??? will it stick? should i put it on while the icing is still wet? thanx in advance guys!
