Looking for a scope for under $100 to mount on my 15-22 for 100 yard targets.....?

but also want a reticle that I can actually see with it also having either hash marks on the reticle or dots so i can compensate for different distances without having to re-zero the scope. I have a 3-9X40 standard reticle tasco and the 9X isn't quite big enough for me for 100 yards
