Scene queen party theme ideas?

i want to do something interesting and unique for my 13th b-day im not saying im scene but i like the style and i need ideas!! i need goody bag, decorations, cake, and things to do! i not really sure how to make the invites i was thinking a grahic design diamond or hello kitty or gir on one side and info on the other side, please tell me what would be good! thanks ♥
