Whats a good way to welcome her back to new york?

My closest friend she went to Florida,and i want to surprise her when she gets back,i was thinking about getting a whole red velvet cheesecake from juniors,which is her favorite,and writing on it with the words welcome back with her name under the welcome back,followed with 4 candles around the cake since its her fav name,also her fav foods,is there anything else i can add to this to make it better?
