I need legal help to sue optx streetglow who do i talk to?

i installed the "optx streetglow underglow" kit on my car since feburary and the other day the wires actually burned through the covering of the wires and burning my carpeting and my shoe and fried my radio. now im pretty sure its not supposed to happen and it wasnt my fault so i at least want money to compensate the lights and fix my carpet and the radio fixed who do i talk to cause i tried to contact them and they keep giving me the run-around is that fair? also anyone knowing who i should talk to and what kinda actions to take would be greatly appreciated
